i have two lg 8120 with same problem. when on the fone it on but hang in the initial display. i flashed both the fone. one is 1000% ok but another still have same problem even i flashed with diffrent versions. need solution please....

i flashed the same set with 8110 v106 and also gdfs but set dead then i again flashed the set with 8120 and set on but with same problem

what verion was your phone before flashing? i solved my problem and if you give me full detail i can help you. if you flas your phone with drive_c for another phone model you will get this kind of error.

I have a similar problem with my phone. I have got a LG u8120i model . I live in Turkey and the phone was bought abroud some time ago. This model of phone is not announced in Turkey and is not available in the market. I was very satisfied with the phone (SIM was unlocked also) since I had a problem with my phone .While I was copying SIM phonebook to phone it is locked and is not working anymore. The screen is frozen and I can't even switch off the phone. The phone is dead and only lights orange in the front display when I plug in charger.Most probably the flash software has a problem and it has to be reloaded again. I have contacted local LG but I couldn't get any support since u8120i is not announced in Turkey. I have tried everything but I have not be able to find the firmware. The installed firmware was V090B+. As far as I know version V105 is announced for u8120 phone but I AM NOT SURE IF IT WORKS ON u8120i? I can't send the phone abroad because of the customs & duty, which will cost me a lot of money doing that. My request is to find the Firmware (flash software) for u8120i. I will very much appreciate if you let me know where I can find the firmware for u8120i model.
Or, do you think that V104 or V105 works on u8120i ??

;) solution is easy: again flashed also gdfs & just push unlock in "FuriouS LG U8110/8120 Unlocker". Phone is LIVE
