In rar-file is tutorial I think but skins are stored in .mp3skin files...

It's just renamed zipfile. In the pack is some pcx files, they are images of the skin. You can create and modify these files with some image-editor programs.

Best way to learn is unpack some of the original skins and edit it :)

im a ready try skinning,but for me if not efision for new user or new persion in hp program or etc.
i like some one in the best persion for get prog likes winamp skinner,so isey and good for new user like me.
