yes, with phoenix black box you can unlock 22v and reset counter..
imei change to.. 100% ;)

from gsm technology crazy unlocker it doesn't do direct unlock yet but they are working on it. i had an email of them this week saying that it will be available soon

usaid u have a cable have u modifyed it and u don't wory about the disk u can get the drivers from forum there are few threads with free nec unlocker and usb drivers.
here is the free unlocker
u will need WINRAR to extract files u can downlood free from the net just type WINRAR in google search bar
before u extract the files from this nec unlocker SET YOUR DATE ON COPUTER 25/01/2005 AND RESTART THE PC AND THEN EXTRACT
MODIFY THE CABLE CONECT THE WITHOUT THE BATTERY U WILL SEE ON YOUR PC NEW HARDWARE FOUND INSTALL THE DRIVERS, DO IT MANUALL DON'T SELECT IT AUTOMATIC
AND ALSO THIS SOFTWARE RUNS ON WINDOWS 98 SE
I AM USING ON WIN ME. NO PROBLEM

what about the price?
when i contact u 2 months ago it was 1500 euro
i was closer to buy then u say you stop the deliveries
then goes out the furious and all other solutions, free or money paied
your price than it was 3000 euro
anyway u never contact me
what do u say about that?
it was 3k euro from 15 december to 5 january to can protect my customers. Then again cost 1,5k euro. If you need it email me.

i was one of the first ones to get the dillivery of the new direct unlocker,,,
have unlocked more then 100 newer version nec's with out any problem at all.

This IS a direct unlock for SV 22 it DOES NOT downgrade the firmware. I have unlocked 2 e616vs SV 22 with this solution and it works 100% :) if anyone wants to know more please send me a message

Unlock all necs by direct unlock without changing the imei. Unlocks even 338. Unlocks all versions. 6 sec needed. Anything better then this ? I dont think so. Contact me if ur interested.

i mean after unlock being done the imei changed and most of languages diapeared can it fix that
