hi all

had my e616v downgraded from v22 to v17 at weekend to put it on the orange network and had it unlocked. i only had my virgin sim card with me to test it but that worked fine,put my orange card in it and the screen says
please insert correct usim card if i put a three card in it it says the same. only works on virgin. have just got my nec code reader v1.2 and lead got the four codes sim /nck/spck/cp but dont think i have enterded them right do i have to put +pp in front or do you just start with the hash.

i can only imput the codes with the virgin card in

some body please help

just tried that screan said please insert usim card keyed tinthe no then hash
no numbers onscreen phone still locked to virgin did the same with virgin card in no luck

help please if you can

use a 3G sim card and put the codes..

enter codes without any sim card.. your nec is locket with your virgin card..
you need to retipe the sim unlock code

phone works ok on virgin

please anwser if you think you have a solution

*#2220# - Network lock 2 not used
*#4960# - USIM card lock Currently set to OFF
*#3210# - SP lock Currently set to ON
*#5830# - Unlocking codes (unlock what?)

4844 4464 - constant number (these are my numbers, yours may be different)
8444 4444 - changes after restart
4114 4495 - changes after restart

*#7320# - Network lock Currently set to ON
*#8140# - Corporate lock Currently set to OFF
