Please could some1 tell me how to check the counter on nec e616v and e228
because here some e616v( v17 ) after enering the codes nothing happen
an e616v ( v13 ) unable to calculate codes, someone has unlocked it temporary before ithink with 4960-code because it works only with 1 special 2,5g sim not with other with 3g sim!

if the counter is blocked phone will dispayed:
incorrect code, please try again later( or something like this...:) ) if nothong hapens when you type codes, that means you do something frong.. :rolleyes:

No, that is not correct. In some cases the necfree or furious will just miscalculate codes: in that case, you'll get a wrong code message. If the counter's blocked, nothing happens: you type the code and the phone will just stay the same.

i got one where the spck unlocked but the nck just did nothing does that mean the wrong code was calculated ?
and how many attempts can you have before you block it ?

I asked owner from nec 616v with v17 and he said on this phone he typed no code in, so it was me who typed in first: i only typed 1x nck and 1x spck so counter can`t be blocked! why its not unlocked? I thought v17 is a possible version!
when i check status with:
*#7320# --> nck lock is on
*#3210# --> spck lock is off
##7320# --> nck lock disabled
##3210# --> spck lock disabled
But there is or not a mode to unlock counter? :(

I am not even sure if it really exists... blocked counter, I mean! Maybe it's just that some phones won't take the codes at all. I didn't really type too many codes, but when I tried nothing happened (just like the counter was blocked). :(

Nothing happends if you enter wrong code and nothing happends if counter is blocked.

i have one c313 and SV = 00 and when i check status with:
*#7320# , *#3210# is nothing happen and when i read code with furious is get calculation error so what can i do with that fone ?

Try the emergency call unlocking method or 4960 temporary unlock.

now today i had a 616v sv2. without checking the version i calculated the codes on crazzy unlocker by tech gsm. i got the codes try to put the codes in but nothing was happening so i tryed atleast 6 times code in it but nothing happened but then i realized that i should have checked the version. so like i mentioned it was sv22. now infact it should have locked the counter after three tryes but guss wat I DOWNGRADED THE PHONE, READ THE CODES, PUT IN AND THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED. now does anybody have an explanation for it? IS THERE A COUNTER LOCK OR is it just a problem with the phone to pu the codes in?????????????????????

for me was same prob with e616.. i tryed to read codes then type it... but nothing hapens... phone was displayed WRONG CODE. try to downgrade version but nothing... phone stil dispayed same.. only with PBB it wass sucsesfuly unlocked..

I think ivalavamp was being sarcastic, like putting phone in microwave to resosolve intermitent signal loss (=permantent signal lossl);)

Yep, something like that. Sorry, but sometimes you can't really do anything but give up! Some Nec phones are not unlockable, I guess!
