Problem with V800?? [Archive]

I am having trubble with a SE V800.
When i try to connect to the phone clip tells me that it is unknown phone :confused:

There seems to be a bug on unlocking some versions of V800 with the platinum clip, we are currently working on this and will implement the fix on the next upgrade....very soon, just a matter of days. thanks for your patience.

Please download lastest firmware Version V4.0 and try to unlock again.

I will try that tomorrow, But now i have problem with Samsung SGH-X450.
Can you tell me the right way to unlock this phone?

To unlock X450:
power on the phone
connect cable and choose E810 option
you will not see any responds on the screen, wait until the clip say ok.
