flasing ngage with griffin...files and instructions needed!

i need help flashin ngage with griffin ...i need to upgrade the firmware but my ngage has WSOD...white screen of death where it doesnt turn on...ive been told flashing it will do the tricjk! :rolleyes:

Try this solution with your own risk... But It's works for me....

1. You must have WindowsXP for operating system on your PC
2. Used only Original Griffin Box with the latest update Example:v2086
3. Also Plugged the Original DKE-2 USB Cable From Nokia N-Gage(Do Not Used The Fake one It's NOT WORKING)
4. Try To Re-Flashing MCU+PPM+ADSP (CP=It's not used)
5. In Some Case NEM-4 N-GAGE with white screen/4X Blinking, where it doesnt turn on You Must Used E-Prom Erase Files(*see Attachments)
Put it.... ONLY......... the erase files at the ppm area and make sure there is no other files at MCU or CP or ADSP then.......Hit The Flash Button.....
6. WARNING..... By Using The Eprom Erase Files YOU WILL LOSE YOUR ORIGINAL PM(PERMANENT MEMORY) Don't worry(*See Attachments) Used mine...
So.... You Have to Re write it Back....
7. This is the way HOW TO Re write.....
8. GO To Serial------>Features----->Important PMM Values------>Load File----->Look in-----Where The Location Your PM File (Find IT)----->Open--
---->Data Section, One By One File, write To Phone, AfterFinished/Sent.... Then Unlock..................
9. Dont Forget TO Format User Area.......
10. JOB Done............

Hi i have a n-gage that does that can somone tell me what to do coz im not realy into flashing stuff. Am i able to use the usb lead with the n-gage and if so what software do I need?
