hey man when u say u have many softwares u might be knowing that every software has settings for what quality and what size and what type(stereo/mono) u want the product to be reproduced in.
so i recommend that if u wanna convert to wav for a nokia phone u dont go in for a stereo but mono 8 bit at a low conversion rate
this way u get files that are of relatively larger size but not compromising too much on quality!
so reply back if u not satisfied and ill let u know what else to do
use mp3 cutter to cut segments of the song u want
and then use acoustica mp3 to wave converter!

u try n check this out.coz i hv tried this software b4 and it can convert the mp3 file to wav file in small size and u can adjust the frequency n bit rate as u like.u may search it by yahoo o goole n then find to crack also if not u can only use it for 30 file.(it's easy to find don't worry) :)

i believe u want to convert your mp3's in wav's to use them as songtones on your mobile

for that u should use nero wav editor or sound forge.
i use nero wav editor coz it's easy to use.

procedure > open wav editor>select the song u want to edit>select the portion u want to play> copy>new file>edit>paste>volume>increase by 30 percent>file>save as>default is mp3 pro but select wav>options>select
frequency 16000,bits 8 channel mono.
