yesterday i downgrade c616v22 with spunlock dowloader with e616v17 work perfect.i tried many phones e616v 100% working.

YES HE IS RIGHT ITS WORKING 10000% i will tested 5 phones

First reset bolck counter. othewise witing for Full Flash because Eeprom
is block so eeprom inclouded with his MCU. you need eeprom file for erase
and write it will susses.
