@payneardo - No you can't flash your 6600 using just an Fbus cable. You need a hardware solution such as Griffin/Twister-flasher/UFS3/Prodigy etc.......... to re-flash the phone and repair it. If you buy a solution from an approved reseller then it should come with all the necessary leads and flash files and instructions you need.
Alternative is to find a place that unlocks phones and can flash it for you. Or if it's under warranty take it to a nokia service centre and they will repair it free (remember of course to deny "playing" with it, tell them you just switched it on one day and thats the message that came up)
@ Khansb - stop asking the same question in many places - there is a section of the forum specially for requests like that.
I don't know about Griffin - i use tornado flasher, but they are all basically the same method.
start the software,
connect the phone
select the files to flash mcu/ppm/content files
start the flash process.
basically all there is to it
To buy gadget just to flash only one 6600 is not practical. Better to go to a nearby cellphone repair centre and let them fix your cellphone. Or you can try to manual format your cellphone. Press simultenously *3 and call sign then press the power button untill you see formating. i hope it will help.
