I did it, unlocking the 4010 from Rogers Canada and the 4015 from Rogers Canada with the Blazer 6.2a. Amazing program ! Thanks for everybody who helps me on this site !!!
I found some important steps upon unlocking this phone with Blazer.
- You need to close the flip in order to get the phone boot up.. I tried many times with flip open and it wont work, the phone wont connect if you open the flip...
- If 1st time you could not connect and get disconnected, try many more times in order to connect and load up onto 2nd screen.
- For LG4015 in rogers canada, use blazer 6.2a to unlock and you need to flash the Cingular Flash C1300 from USA section of the Blazer support site in order to make the phone work or else the phone can only load up the LG logo and freezes up. Make sure you press "read flash 1 " and save it , and then "read flash 2" to save again then "write flash 1" and "write flash 2", it takes 5 mins per read and write (total i used 20 minutes to flash and write new flash)
To the Producer of Blazer, is there a more stable way to load up the program instead of trying it to connect the phone so many times ? Will they produce a better version of the Blazer later on ?
