I have a E810 which is phone locked return for servicing. I am trying to get it to work. When i click on build new NVM area I get
thread func1 running
waiting 13 sec phone online
couldn't recieve msg packet key
....
...
fail thread 1
Could you please explain the steps to clear return phone lock and return for servicing.
I am not clear as to what is going on with the Thread Func 1..commands, and most of it is truncated in the window. I set the IMEI to the original .
Any assistace as quick as possible would be appreciated as the customer is returning for the phone in the early morning.
click tebuild new nvm area & press C (clear) key on phone many times till software connect with the phone.Make shore that u use corect cable.
I am using the correct cable. can get "sucess in unlock thread " when doing unlock .
How do I know when phone is connected ?. Do I stop pressing the "C" Clear then ?. How long does this process takes ?. Please provide details and screenshots if possible.
The phone has changed the language to Spanish ?(insira corteo sim ) out of this process ( the customer will not be pleased).

Phone its fixed now?U can change the language back from menu.
Software its not tested on all E810 sw version but it have repaired all phones that i have tested till now.If u can read full flash from phone & send it to me to fix that bug with that E810 software version.I have tested on 1 E810 today(repair phone) & it whas finished without any error.
No, phone is not fixed. Is says "phone locked return for servicing" in spanish. I had to give back the customer the phone and give him some B U L L S H I T escuse as to why the language is in spanish. but that is how it goes..you win some ,you lose some.
can you post a sticky with Frequently Asked Questions, which can only be edited by the Agere Attack team. you can use the idea from Smart-Clip or Martech box. A lot of useful troubleshooting info is found in thier sticky's. When a customer give me a phone, it is not always possible to take the time out and reseach the posts to find solution.
Also include screenshots in the FAQ as a guide. ( An idiot's guite to using AA -- better than than losing customers and losing money)....
I hope you take my recomendation seriously and action it.

Use second option to repair that problem.Write full flash on the phone.U can find full flash on Agere-Attack support Zone.
customer already collected the phone :-(
