nec313 message, phone book error

m facing strange problem with nec e313, after unlcok it was working perfact but within few days when it allowed to change diff simcards its start having problem of message error , its also not accepting sim phonebook indeed, cants see misscalls or last dial calls............ there is one red colored message mark tend to appear all time i start the phone now when i change the phone with diff sim card handset get restart at first time and then on be side this all working fine dont knwo what happend suddenly have try to search some threads here some peoples having same problems i think this is common problem .........phone was unlcoked with furiouse please anybody could help help will be appreciated thanx i m waing for good reply smart peoples please support
