nec e616 after downgarde problems

hi i have nec e616

i sucessfully downgarded to v17 with ULTIMO(CIF) IPLT for USB Ver[1].2.0.5

read code
unlocked phone

but i have a problem now that my phone keeps on resetting while logging to network

it was from o2

i need urgently flash file to upgrade or match this E616
as i match the flash for e616 and E616V are same :confused: they should not be...

i downgarded further to v13 its purely e616
stiil same problems

i need new version v22 and above thanks

E616V NOT SAME E616 PHONE IS DAMAGED AFTER FLASH
