i think they are only distributors and there is another company called gsm tech also based in poland distributes this unlocker that is where i bought mine with the login id from gsm tech i can't login in support area from gsm technology :confused:
but product is not bad downgraded few sv22 without anyproblem also unlocks are going good
for updates if the dongle is bought from either of these companies can get free updates otherwise just buy anything from gsm tech minimum 25$ then they will active your account for support area so u can get the updates
