View Full Version : Trouble in resetting phone lock back to 12345
I bought this clip after dumping my scud missle clip from Lante as I thought it can do better in resetting the phone lock of nokia phones back to 12345 but it seem that its about the same. Even for old version of 7250 V3.12 this clip issnt able to reset back the phone lock code to 12345. In the end I still have to flash the phone so reset back the phone lock code. Btw I already upgrade the clip to V40. Hope that Platinium Talking Clip Team can looking into this problem. Thank you.

even in version 3.8 platinum clip cannot reset phone lock back to 12345.
but the clip says...
OK!... shut down... whats this?! i think this clip is only a "PLATINUM TALKING DOLL", ...not clip. all it can do is talk and talk and talk.
Hi! i have just done a TEST on a Nokia DCT3 3310 With the security code! and its doing it perfect! i changed the code from 12345 to 11111 and put it on the clip and it reset it back to 12345 - so FOR ALL the people out there saying it does not do it! THINK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Most of the DCT-4 phones seem that this clip cant really reset back the security code back to 12345. Let hope that the next version will solve the problems. :D

Hi! i have just done Another TEST on a Nokia DCT4 6100 With the security code! and its doing it perfect! i changed the code from 12345 to 22222 and put it on the clip and it reset it back to 12345 - so FOR ALL the people out there saying it does not do it! THINK AGAIN!!!!!!!!! (Cable Used Was The Pop Cable)

can you list the phones it does not! then if me or my customers get one we can test!
