Making the accounts is not such an easy job, but it becomes more "timewasting" for me since some users can only read the words FREE LOGS but they DO NOT READ the requirements in order to get this logs. Because of this, i decided to make this F.A.Q. to make it easier understand for Twister users.
Question: What is necessary to get the free logs?
Answer:
1.) Box used (Twister, J.A.F or Blazer)
2.) Box serial number
3.) Date of purchase
4.) Name of reseller
5.) Login & Password for Twister support ftp at www.twisterflasher.com
Question: Where i can download the user manual, the software and for SE the flash files?
Answer:
You can download client software and manuals from:

For Moto. please go to: www.twisterflasher.com/moto
To download se flash files, please login into twister support area and go to the folder ONLINE SERVICES and choose SE and subdir FLASHES.
Question: Can get Tornado flasher made by Naresh versace any free logs?
Answer:
Absolutely NOT, Naresh Versace & Co may tell to their users that the Tornado is a Twister, but this is pure cheat. Do not belive that! Torndao Team are ANALPHABETS, they can not read and write, especially Naresh Versace.
Question: I write mail to logs@twisterflasher.com but i do not get any answer, why?
Answer:
There are few possibilities.
Especially for Mot. logs need it is some times NOT POSSIBLE to use some freemail provider such as HOTMAIL, AOL, MSN, YAHOO and some others. I suggest to register to www.gmail.com, it is free and it is tested, it works with our MPX200 server without any problems.
The other possibility why no answer from logs@twisterflasher.com come, could be that some of the details required above are missing.
Also we do not answer to such ones which have a Tornado flasher and still try to get the logs or for the ones which own a clone box. This mails are simply ignored.
The last possibilty why we do not answer on log requests is also the wrong usage of the email adress. If an user request alcatel logs from logs@twisterflasher.com he can not expect any answer since it is only for MPX200 logs.
Question: Which email to use in order to get logs for SE, for Moto and for Alcatel?
Answer:
For moto please send mail to: logs@twisterflasher.com
For alca please send mail to: sales@twisterflasher.com
For SE please send mail to: logs@gsmhacker.com
Question: What about if i lost my login and password but i still have unused logs?
Answer:
This is very bad, users should take care and write down user name and password since we do not recover lost passwords any more!
Question: How many logs can i get for free if i have a Twister box?
Answer:
SE logs: 5 pices
Moto logs: 10 pices
Alcatel logs: 5 pieces
Question: Can i resell my logs in case i do not need them?
Answer:
No, please do not do that! If some one resell his logs and we find it out, we will cancel his account.
Question: It is possible to purchase additional logs after i had used up my logs?
Answer:
Yes it is, but it costs money and this logs can be purchased only thru us, not thru reseller.
Question: What is the price for this logs?
Answer:
1 log Mot. costs 45 usd
1 log Alca.costs 15 usd
1 log SE. costs 4 usd
For bigger qtty on logs, please ask us, we can make some discount.
Question: How long is my log account valid?
Answer:
6 months! If the logs are not used within 6 months we can set the counter for to ZERO or disable the account.
Question: Is this service supported by Saras?
Answer:
No, it is not supported by Saras, and we also do not take the responsability about any future updates for the LOG SERVICE. It is just a bonus from our site in order to make for our clients the twister box more attractive, the one which does not like it, please do not use it.
Question: I have a clone box and i would like to use this log service, it is possible to upgrade my Twister to original?
Answer:
Yes it is, the costs for the update are 80 USD. In this 80 USD are included all the free logs and ftp support. We will release so called Twister prepaid cards. About the procedure, please contact sales@twisterflasher.com or webmaster@gsmhacker.com

If it is too hard to read this F.A.Q. or the manual please do not use this service and do not ask "Where are my logs?" !!! In this case contact Versace he'll serve you with a cheap box without support and 1KG cheap CD's.
