This is not to run in PC.
Copy this in PPC and execute. you will get unlock code ;)

Send it to HTC's Official service center.
Find J-Tag pinout and follow instructions.
May be you get success :)

i have i mate jam its problem is screen alignment i tuch several time but phone is not on
