d500 cannot send mms, gprs works 100%, wap works 100%

i have a brand new samsung d500, we have set all the gprs and wap settings, wap and gprs work fine but still cannot send mms

we receive message: cannot connect server

any ideea pls? we used winimei to unlock it wap, mms, and java and also to unlock the phone.

tell your service provider to send the correct settings for d500 or e800

1. we have set up correct settings for gprs and wap
2. we received settings from provider 3 times and they are 100% correct
3. we received another phone with the same problem
4. we unlocked them, we flashed them, we used winimei and unlocked wap and mms and still not working

so it must be a software fault

If you have chaged the software,, then it can't be a software fault..

When I first got a sim from Vodafone WAP & GPRS worked but I couldn't receive or send MMS. Apparently they hadn't enable MMS on my account, When they finally switched it on (an hour later) they sent me a MMS message to confirm it had worked. Hope your problem is as simple as this.
