I found the flash tutorial at www.fasttutorial.com (http://www.fasttutorial.com) to JIC services. It will demo how to unlock your Treo and motorola. Dealers can also find some useful information there.

This is rubbish
There is NO free solution for the Treo 650 to remove the simlock
Lots of people are referring to the reflash which removes network branding etc, but it does NOT remove the sim lock!
Take it from me!
There are still HUGE sales of server credits to do these and the prices have come way down since last year
