How to reset password to Blackberry 7730 ?

Just enter it in wrong ten times, after that the unit will reset, all info will be erased but at least you can start fresh with new password.
I have inserted the new password, all ok, but it says "not valid sim". Perhaps it has the simlock active?

Go to Option>SIM card type ALTMEPD, if you see network saying ACTIVE, then it's SIM locked.
