Samsung S-500 keybord problem

Hi!

I have a Samsung S-500 with keyboard problem: the only key that works in NO key. The phone starts, can receive calls but no key(excepte NO).
Changed flash, problem remains.
Probably hardware problem.......
Can anybody help ?????????

HEY MY FRIEND DON/T PANIC
I WAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MANY SAMSUNG THE 3 SOLUTION ARE:
1-try to clean or remove the volume switch, then check if it can solve the problem!
2-You can also try to disconnect Micro and solder it again, lots of E700 with keypad problem was solved this way.
3-Clean the plugin connector or change the microphone. I met the same problem at few E700.

i,tve tryed all that, problem remain.
Phone looks fine(no water or mechanical dammage)
