I have tried to unlock E338 and the result is 15EURO for nothing

That server works very bad.U must try milion times to get connected.Not unlock all versions.I have tested with Nec E616V and E338.I have unlocked some phones,but some phones after 1 connection failure with server dont connect anymore.

The server is very good and customers happy with the speed and connection...check the forum, and you can see... 5-6 seconds unlock..now you say ,,the server working bad..,, I tell you something... is same server and working ...but the international network was bad last few days, down in few arias ... As a OLd gsm master , you must know that a server have same connection all the time...If the connection was good few weeks before, and now is not, this mean that the server(same server with same connection) not working bad...And because is just one nec server, not two, can you explain me why lot of customers are happy right now when i speak to you?..See your internet, connection, firewall, internet provider, etc..You are a old gsm master.. you can fix this, can you?..Not?.. O, sorry, i forgot that the international network is not your property..About versions... Until now was no phone imposibil to unlock via server..If you send me your user name i can check your account to see what phone version you have and i show here a phone with same version done by server.. ,,some phones after 1 connection failure with server dont connect anymore,,...What the connection faillure have to do with your phone?..If was connection failure- this mean no connection, how can the server damage your phone communication?..I can try to help you.. i can give you support to improuve your connection..but i can not accept someone to blame the server when he don,t know what he speak about..Sorry..you are my customer(if..) and i should help you ... But you should find a better way to ask me to help you...This is why the connection between customer and server provider works very bad.

First Place: Iam in Romania(same country with server) on same network provider.I use many remote unlock solutions (SE,Siemens,etc) that work fine without any problem.

Dear Sir,
When you connect yourself to someone else server, there is a different location..this mean a different route to server..both are from your pc.. but not same destination..this is why you can have access to someone else server..
Also a network is still a network inside of internet provider network,doesn't matter which one is....When a part of this network is down, all connection attempt to connect to server via the valid network aria... This mean that is a very high amount of request and a very big queue ...very big queue ->customers experience problem connecting to server....the respons is this :

Our usual answer for a normal traffic-> Check your internet connection or firewall.
But when are network problem,you can send the request how many times you like..you get same answer..
Just try later...
We feel very sorry for you and we understand your frustration..
This have nothing to do with the server.. But we working anyway to set-up a new port and a second server using a second internet provider..
After connection,the server waiting the phone response and if this answer not comming on time , then the message is ,,error...,,
The server is online, and are a lot of peoples who using the server right now..
We have a new internet provider anyway from next week, a second one, and the connection is via optical fibre. We hope that this can improve our service and avoid this kind of problem for future...
P.S. Don,t worry, i not going to blame your cable... :-) I leave that for next time.. :-)

Check your username & password !
Maybe you have a blank space after the username or password !
This happends when you use copy-paste function.
Very strange but i have the same problem and have sloved by deleting the blank space after the username.
Now everything is OK (when server is working :D ) IF I HAVE LUCK :D

SERVER is GREAT 250 credits already used...
6 / 20 seconds per phone... just click more time unlock if you are in a hurry!!
ps check all of you your stupid connection the problems are there...

just a quick message to tell Kone to calm down, because clearly the problem is at your end as that if it didnt work then all the people who have got free credits from uni-clip would also be complaining. Happy to say one of them and i used 17 credits up on saturday, a couple of username not recognised problem, but just pressed unlock a couple of times and it worked fine.
Have slagged the uni-clip off a treat in my time, so clearly not affiliated, but must swallow my words and say that it has well paid for itself and i am happy with the service by newtrexltd and other UK based resellers in the long run in the end.
anyway, how bout you just calm down mr. 27000 phones in 2004, 75 a day, approximately 4 hours a day every day of the week (inlcluding xmas) spent unlocking phones, maybe if you ask nicely then you might get. If not, then shut up and speak to him direct before he just doesnt reply, he doesnt have to, its internet based and unless you stump up airfare then you cant exactly do much!! Especially if you spend 4 hours a day unlocking phones everyday!!

i think ppl should calm down and wait for server repair.

The provider had problem with his network...I should repeat that ?...Up to final they manage to find the faulty and to fix it... How long take when they have a wire cut somewhere or a server down, that i can not tell you , because is not my company ... The service provider do his job, and what i can do is to call them, to ask them what is the problem with the access and to ask them to fix it. How i wrote already, this week is a new access via optical fibre. But this not improve your language for sure...,,Last Time When Nec Server Was Crashed I Have Lost 15 Credits!!!!,, Write here your user name and i will show to everyone who is the lier..

because as I see you catch exactly moments when we make updates!
About your stoled log, i really think is just a lie from you, because if "read lock data error" server not take credit, this is 100% sure... but as you see we have give you back your credit, and about 338 new version we have just update server so will not be a problem anymore.
