E700 white (inner/main) screen, no display

Hi, hope you can advise me, I have E700 that has been knocked or squashed, as a result: no display on inner screen, it just lights up white, everything else on the phone works OK. Is it likely to be flexible ribbon cable from main PCB to display/camera PCB. If so what lines on the 50 way connector control the image to the inner screen. Or do you think the problem lies elsewhere?

Change the flat cable. this is the best way.

Change the LCD of the phone, but if you are good in soldering change the LCD connector.
