Instructions to update clip

Hello !

Anybody knows where to get Instructions to update clip? i couldn't find it on the manual.

Please download the update software to your pc, then unzip the file.

1)click register.bat
2)click fusion_v1.25.exe
3) click smart update ( above the right enter button )
4) press the left button of the platinum clip when ask to. ( if need to restart, remove one battery and replace.

after update you can check the software version on your clip by Device Diagnostic

Modules: v4.0
Data: v2.1
Audio: v2.1 ( maybe blank )

Then for the first time after update, there will be a test for the buttons. you will need to follow the single led to press the right button then the left buttton.

For activation request, you will need to do the following

Run fusion activation uploader V1.5, choose com port
connect update cable to device, press the select button, wait until the leds is sweeping across, click READ DEVICE

you will see for example:

Device ID: D8 E9 98 CD A6 C5 E0 D4
LG not activ !
VK not activ !
ERICSSON not activ !
PLATINUM FUSION !

Give your Device id to your reseller, after the payment have settle, you will received a activation string in return, copy and paste into the white box, then upload ACTIVATION when the leds is sweeping across.
