HERE IS THE SOLOUTION
You can also try to disconnect Micro and solder it again, lots of E700 with keypad problem was solved this way.
Clean the plugin connector or change the microphone. I met the same problem at few E700.
try to clean or remove the volume switch, then check if it can solve the problem!
AND YOUR PROBLEM WILL ME FINESHED
