Hi all,

Is it possible to rip a SIM card by simply reading all its contents including the IMSI and other identifications and store it in a computer of some sort? I've been reading posts about COMPV1 and COMPV2 and don't really have a clue as to what they are. If all GSM cell phones can read from a SIM card and use the information to establish a call and register with the network, then surely the information can be ripped with a simple reader? Unless of course all mobile phones have proprietary methods of handing identification.

Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
