Problem with my Blazer

I have a Blazer box to unlock LG-es. It is original one. I have a problem:

when i open the program Blazer 6.7 it says: Box activeted ok.
Than I connect it with Cable A, to unlock a LG C1100, without batery. i see here two buttons: connected and power on the phone.
Which one should i press the first to unlock the phone?
when i give the command connect it repeats the same things as in the beginning and it does not connect. when i press power on the phone, the softs says the phone is on, but i dont read the details of the phone and on the lefts of the screen the button lock and unlock are not activated. Can someone help me since i am a new user of BLAZER???

Press connect first. Once it is connected it will give you all the options available for that phone. If it does not connect, make sure you are using the right cable and the phone has clean contacts.

the phone is new and contacts are very clean.
And cable A is for C 1100.
And this button power on for which thing needed
So you thing my box is ok if it say me Box actived ok
