samsung c100 key hanging

please i have a samsung c100 thats hangs after pressing each key ....it might hang for about 6 second then it will press again......please i need solution on how to repair this phone ......please every body and evey body are welcome to help me ........ ;)

Try to reset mmi with ufs flasher. If then also it does not work than do full flash.

i have done this but still no response on the keys...only this numbers are working ....4,7,*,call.......only this ones are working...please what should i do....

It is a hardware problem.

its may be cpu or pcb fault,use packing on
the cpu
