ive just tryed to unlock a d500 with winIMEI it whent into tat mode then whent off, and now the phone will not do anything, power up or anything,
how to fix, as i dont think my custermer is going to be happy about me killing his phone
did you have the correct powered cable??, was the battery good?
I have done a few of these without any problems??

Remove batery for 15-20 minutes,puth it back & insert charger.Phone will start charging & then u can power on the phone.
Or try to flash that phone & check "power on when done" on Corona Downloader.After flash,phone must power on.For flashing,use full charged batery.
hi sorry to seem so thick but i am very very desperate, i have tried to remove an internal battery but unfortunatly a connector has come away from the board,could you please give me step by step instructions on how to remove the intyernal battery and then short the phone or could you tell me another method of shorting the phone to get it to work without removing the internal battery.
any help appreciated
