xg1 and cable tutorial

Hi,
Even though i ve unlocked over 1000 pcs of xg1 with blazer (my own way i.e with battery slightly on and it connects) i do know its supposed to be without battery and the red croc terminal is suppose to be connected somewhere but i never cared to find out but will appreciate if some could tell me d proper procedure for this phone and the red croc terminal function.

The red croc is for the + voltage on the phone.
Check the + from the battery and you know where to plug the croc on the telephone connector.

When you see the battery contacts in the phone,the most left one is the +

Pls why is it that after unlocing xg1 It says unlocked but the phone is still locked, and also after unlocking or flashing the ringer does not work again.
even i have a vygis that does it well 4 me now but i want to know wot is wrong?
