i would apreciate if someone can tell me if this is a good tool or not,im using ust at the mo,but i dont want to pay the silly money for upgrade,is it a good tool for flashing,unlocking new samsung,or dead phones,du get good support?is it easy to use? please advise me.

From the begining I have gotten fast support on any problem
I have encountered. The product is easy to use and works great.

I'm not 100% satisfied. I think the software could be improved. It would be much more user-friendly if Agere just had ONE application, and let us choose model from a dropdown-list or something like that, instead of launching one main-menu, then launching a new application for every platform. I don't always no what phone is in what platform so i need to search through every application.

We understand this and there may be a version with all the models listed together in the future. For now, it is best to know which platform the phone is based on.

Sorry for that.In first place this software whas maked advanced GSM technicians.But next version will be more frendly & more simple to use.
That sounds great. As long as it works it doesn't matter too much, but improvements in the application/GUI would make it a little easier to use, and look a little more compelling to new users :)

For me ,it's the best sw for Samsung . Always updated and the programmer (ELCO and his team) are always here to help his costumers.

thanks for the feedback, overtime it will get better. Agere attack is gunning for features then looks ;)
agere attack is the best tool.
