Samsung D500 Flashing & Backup

Seems my last post got Hijacked, Can some kind person on this site please explain to me how to backup my firmware useing the d500 corona. I downloaded a frmware below is the files i have

D500XADL1_HW28.cla 22MB
D500XADL1_HW28.def 300k
D500XADL1_TFS.cfg 28k
D500XADL1_TFS.tfs 34MB

these files seem to be the firmware now when I use the D500 Corona to do a full nand dump and nor dump I only get to files

d500 nand dump.hex 128mb
d500 nor dump .hex 32mb

now as you can see I only have 2f files and both are in hex format. now can some explain to me how to create the .tfs file , .cla file, .cfg file, .def file

As i'm so what confused how I only have to files one being 32mb and the other at 128mb can anyone help me. I want to be able to make a backup of my firmware on my phone, before I upgrade and I dont want to use the one on the internet thats floating around if I can help it.

The 4 files you have are the files needed to flash with...

The .cla file is the main firmware file. This contains the O/S of the phone, most of the images and all your numbers.
The .tfs file is the one that contains the menu images, your games, screensaver animations etc. Also will contain any pictures, videos etc you have on your phone.
the other files are needed to flash the files back to your phone.

I have samsung D500 only white screen> Some body told me i need flashing.Where i will get flashing file and which one.Who to do?
