Error chagning from UART to USB

Why I get this mesage when I whana flash LG8120 ver.106 ?
wrong loader or something else?

no loader error is before !!!
did you install corret EACOM driver?

Yes I put USB cable with powered phone and install all drivers
In device menager I find LG modem on comm 5

You don't need to connect phone switched ON !!! Never! You need only to install drivers in \EPACOMMsetup when sw switch from uart to usb.

DOWN LOAD THESE DRIVERS BELOW AND FOLLOW THIS!
right click on my computer go to properties, go to hardware, then go to device manager, u will c USB FLASHER with question marked or a yellow sighn next to it
double click on it, press update drivers
choose from a folder
go to the the folder where u have installed these drivers

You are using a com/usb combined cable aren't you ?

most likely cable problem - make sure it has been modified correctly

No , cable is absolutly ok
software install loader and after when start with flashing stop with this mesage

I will try with instruction from chowdary and post result.

install drivers and set to usb1 dont change the usb port

also start it with set to rs323 or whatever it says on the bottom

check the cables again or the the last driver is usb flash is from the setup of the loader

when switching from UART to USb,my computer freezes at the prompt to install the usb drivers,what could be the problem ?

hello everyone, i own an unlock cable ani i would to make it hybrid so that i can flash my phone.
The main question is: "if i make that cabe hybrid does it'll work for normal unlocking?

using winxp
JUST copy sys file which is included with driver to

x://windows/system32/drivers ;) ;)

and dont change usb hub u use

IF no , ur cable is faulty in usb chematic part .
