e313 and c616 say caculating error tried to unlock it with e228 but still says the same both with the code reader and the direct unlock.c616 tried with e616v but says initialising time out help pliz

it looks like that u are having comunication problems between your computer and device
make sure that the drivers are installed propely and see that the phone lights blue
if they are installed propely then restart your computer leave the phone plugged in.
now right click on my computer, go to hardware, go to device manager
OPEN PORTS(COM&LPT) SEE IF YOUR PHONE IS SHOWN THERE.
JUST NOTE THE OBEX PORT
NOW EXIT FROM THERE OPEN YOUR UNLOCKING PROGRAM AND CHOOSE YOUR MODEL AND PRESS UNLOCK
AFTER GETTING AN ERROR
UNLICK AUTODETECT OPEM COM. AND CHOOSE YOUR PORT(OBEX) THAT U SAW IN THE DEVICE MANAGER
PRESS UNLOCK IT APPEARS ANOTHER BOX
CHOOSE THE SAME PORT (1RST)
SELECT SPEED 9600(2ND)
PRESS OK
HOPE THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED

It s 100% communication problem.Disconnect phone or not, restart machine, connect cable first. run your sws.Must see Blue light and v... on phone s sceen .Now try.
If fail, send it to 51 JASON MOYO.

As you see only 3 of few hundreds give calculation error. This mean the reason is in your pc. Simply change the pc. (c) :D

i purchase nec crazzy few days ago but i m not satusfied giving me wrong codes now i m going to send back to my reseller
