may try to reflow the epprom ic with low heat it has solved problem on hanging for me

@akhina.... Write another good eeprom to phone... & after give "Repair Sys failure" command.... :) your phone will get repaired if it's software problem.
If then also your phone is not repaired, try changing another Eeprom ;)

you can also try usinf ust 5.6 repair sytem failure if its software it will be solved
