I need to upgrade my E313 .. any Help !!!

Hi All
I have that NEC E313 .. unlocked but some time intiating it self . or the network is gone

I used this keys to see the currnt ver.

*#2820#
The set shows

ACPU : E01.009.00
CCPU : C620.R37.N

and my GSM Key shows that

A: Ver 02.01

My Question is :
How can I upgrade It ?? in other words Which flasher I have to use ?
I have all flasher ...
also .. If u have any idea about that

U see software version by typing *#06# and observing what number after SV. About upgraded is only one flash with SV00 available for free :D

I added some great thnkful for ur help

Now I upgrade my mind .. It will be the same of the current version running on it

If u can update my information If I reflashed that set I will restore some great fetures or leave it as it is .. Now after Direct Unlock by Gsm-key working great

Please If u can tell me ,,, Can I dumb the flash from the set like I got one V01 if I red It can I upload it to the v00 .. or it has to be a modificication
