I recently unlocked a 616v v18 and it was working ok for a few days but now it sometimes doesnt receive text messages or doesnt physically 'ring' when u phone it even though it can be heard at the other end.

looks like the software on your phone has started playing
try to flash it. might solve the problem

Cant get the flasher (VGA IPLT) to work. comes up Wrt Err Adr mx....?

i had the same problem with spunlock downgrader so i bought one from gsmtech (crazzy downgrader)

try this my friend might help
open the folder spunlock nec downgrader
open NEC folder u might have to do this twice
open NEC_IPLS_FLASHER
u will again see NEC_IPLS_FLASHER
OPEN THIS FOLDER AGAIN
open the DISK1 folder
and double click on SETUP{installshield(R) setuo launcher}
after u have installed IPLS just exit from here and open SPUNLOCK DOWNGRADER AGAIN
this time open the folder DOWNGRADE2T
from there open ULTIMO(VGA)IPLT FOR USB VER[1].2.0.5 UK
u will see the same folder again open it
and double click on IPLT
ULTIMO IPLT FOR USB
HOPE THIS WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM

try this my friend might help

u will again see NEC_IPLS_FLASHER
