What sofware, boxes and dongles do I need to work(unlock, flash, repair imei, load application sofwares etc) on most dct4 phones, Camera phones. Moreover can I use this boxes and similar dongle for nec phones. E.g Nec e338, e313, e616.

very strange question my friend, anyway DCT4 IMEI changeing/rebuilding is not that simple as you write, it will cost you higher price, also nokia and nec both are different platforms, with gsmkey you can unlock both but can't flash, with PBB you can unlock both but can't flash NEC, so you have to buy at least two different products.
