WHICH PROGRAM WORKS TO DOWNGRADE 616V IPLT OR URAN

VERSIONS OF NEC616V SV18 and over need to be downgraded to sv17 using THE E616V SHORTCUT FROM THE SHORTCUT FOLDER, BUT THAT FOLDER ALL LINKS ARE NOT WORKING IT SAYS SHORTCUT NOT AVAILABE E616V.INK, LINK E616V OR ADVISE WHICH PROGRAM WORKS TO DOWNGRADE 616V IPLT OR URAN and version number

U have to move that directory to \programfiles\NEC\ ...

U have to use ULTIMO IPLT
or .
CIF IPLT for E616 & C616
VGA IPLT UK for E616V

I think u have to learn how to use the search button too ;)

hi yes the exe shortcut on cd was incorrect i moved the dir up and downgraded to sv17 and all fine now! stupid error from cd seller yourphone

1st problem was i used a new t mobile sim which does not work! all other sims do,
sbose www.get.to/baseit says:
iplt crashed many time worked on the 9th try,keep trying once it gets to 50% then done

hope it helps took many hours!

but how to do the gprs settings there is no options?

I offered $$ for him.He said "I don't have other flashes except V17 which was posted onmany places"No luck for those who need latest flashes such as V22-V25 even for $$.

no i did,t see any nec in arabic language
but there is request for putting language in arabic
