We need an unlock solution for this phone. Any ideas?

I emailed NEC about unlocking the phone and they actually gave me the unlock code for my phone. I dont know if it will work for your phone but this is what they emailed me back:

Unlock Instructions:
1. Turn phone on without SIM card.
2. When the phone displays "Insert SIM", enter # 7320 * unlock code # (Note: use the 8 digit unlock code)
3. The phone should display "Network lock off".
4. Power off, insert your SIM card and power back on.
5. After the welcome screen, the stand-by screen should be displayed.

be carefull with code, just make sure you have solution for NEC phone, otherswise you will block your phone and it costs you a lot of money to unblocked your phone

I dont think so , code may be set by SP and not universal !
