You can upgrade to sv24 or upper, contact spunlock, check www.spunlock.com forum.

Help Needed .

I have unlocked many NEC 616 phones but cannot use the 3g service with another service provider becuase they say that I have unlocked the phone but the 3g service section cannot be edited becuase they are all blocked by the orginal Three service .
Can anyone help me change and edit the settings .
Also MMS cannot be edited , any ideas ?

@Boria do u mind to share how did u upgrade from sv17 to sv24
due to following instructions i downloaded upgrade packadge but there wasn't any ipls2 in archieves
it is mentioned then ipls is in archieves from sv11 but found nothing
and with ipls1.0 i can't open these upgrade files
is there anything u can explain please

guys if you use IPLS2 you can upgrade only an ITALIAN MOBILE!!! Flasher checks country of mobile and seeks for upgrade file. There is only italian file so you WILL NOT flash any mobile that is not from Italy. I know that because I had few handsets from diffrent coutries (Austira, UK and Italy) and could upgrade only italian ones. Kwull has worked (with my little help) on new software to upgrade any mobile and it 100% works!! I can not attach this file to you because it is not my work. Contact Kwull if you want to upgrade your e616v to sv24 ;)
