To download just register first. then the download should start automatically. You don't have to use DAP nor flash, nor anything... (I've downloaded in less than 30 seconds with the Standard browser download.)

Series 60 Theme Studio (for Symbian OS) is a PC tool to create theme
packages for Series 60-based devices (from Series 60 release 2.0 onwards).
The tool allows the user to mix or change the properties of ready-made
theme components and bitmap images. However, the tool is not meant to
create or extensively edit bitmaps. A commercial pixel paint program
should be used together with the tool for significant image editing. The
created theme packages can be deployed to a device via infrared, or can be
saved to hard drive and then deployed to a device using some other method
supported by both the phone and the PC (e.g. bluetooth).
