hello i am trying to unlock my Alcatel One Touch 331
i am not getting any contact at all
i got a original cable
i connect the 9v battery
then i get a connection error
then to make things worse
i tried ****¡ng about with another sim card
and now it tells me
warning only sos calls
please help
