Yes U can repaire it

Look near sim card conector there small chips with 6 pin U need change it by new one

If u dno't understand what i mean take foto for U phone board and post here will try help u

I also need help. My TSM5M don't power ON. When I press "Power ON" key, phone eat the current about 0,5 mA... Is it power IC? Thanks.
