i use infrared form mi laptop pc reconize phone select port4 i do read
and soft only do power on the phone i wait some time then say time off
what im doing wrong any info???

try with irda com it couast 40 euro and connect well

Unlock-shop dongle works perfect with serial IR cable.

IRDA CABLE via COM!!! not via USB!!! coz you must select Com1 at software.

Be sure ANY IR drivers are installed on your pc, then just plug serial IR cable to COM1, select COM1 on software, put phone in front of IR, press unlock and then press power ON (1 sec, like sonyericsson style :D
