Need help with SX1 Speaker... Works and after don´t work...

Hi all,

I have here an SX1 that was brought to me, because speaker didn´t worked.
And I confirmed, it wasn´t working.

So I dissambled the phone, and tried to remount the speaker, and works, but when try to listen an MP3 the speaker goes off, and only taking it off and remounting will able it to work again.

Speaker seems to be ok, I checked the springs and all, but all seems ok...

What u think? Apparently is just bad contact... but where? I already checked all the contacts, checked the speaker, and he actually works... Or is the speaker that is damaged?

never have this kind of problem with SX1....do you need service manual?and are you syre this is not SW problem? :)

Yes, checked sw, and no problem at all. At the momment I reassembled the phone and is working ok, but didn´t tried the MP3 yet, because I affraid of stalling the speaker again and have to disassemble it again...
