sl55- when lights goes off- all the phone power off

I have one siemens sl55- when the phone is with sim card you can use it normal,but if you leave it fot 10 sec- lights goes off and with the lights- the phone also power off.
If the phone is without sim- no problem.

CPU- changed , Dialog- changed, SW- full flash- changed - and nothing- the same problem
can someone help ?
