i also need it too if anybody have.
i didn't know this sw, i've looked after it and I found a file called dct4calc by crux. I know sws by crux, the newest version of his calc is 3.20.03. you can download it here:

Please note, that the only "DCT4Calc" is DCT4Calc for DOS, filename DCT4CALC.COM.
Some other people used similar names.
