as i know there are not free way and cannot be done with any logger ....i find 2 offers for unlock /you must to ship your phone somewhere to England/ and prices are near 100$ withoyt shipping....if any one can post any solution for this fones it will be grate....i have 7230, 7280 and 6230 for unlock :(
